Coreco Spotlight: Louise Kelleher

At the end of last year, Louise won the ‘Top Ancillary Adviser’ award at Coreco’s annual award ceremony. We caught up with Louise to ask her about her highlights of the year and her goals for 2018. Over to you Lou!

What has made you successful?

Having a great learning platform and being very lucky to have had managers that have encouraged and inspired me to do well.

What is your favourite Coreco memory

Singing (trying to sing) at my first Christmas party

 

If you could give your younger self one tip, what would it be?

“Don’t wait for the storm to pass, learn to dance in the rain”- one of my favourite quotes.

 

What was your highlight of 2017?

Being an award winner at my first full year of Coreco.
I won the award for ‘Top ancillaries Advisor’ and was runner-up for ‘Lead conversion champion’

 

Where is your favourite place to eat?

Thai Fusion in Sittingbourne ‘yes that’s right I said Sittingbourne

 

What’s your top tip for someone who wants to be a mortgage broker?

Always be the best version of yourself.
Hang on in the first 3 years are the toughest.
Under promise and over deliver and follow up on everything you do.

 

What is your goal for 2018?

To be better than 2017 and look to continue expanding my knowledge base.

Andrew Montlake, better known as Monty, began his journey with an Hons degree in Economics & Politics before starting in the mortgage industry in February 1994.
