Celebrate National Freelancers Day!

12.11.14

On 19th November, Coreco are proud to be supporting the UK’s 6th National Freelancers Day in association with The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed, (IPSE).

With the make-up of the UK’s workplace changing, the number of freelancers is growing rapidly and forms an important part of the country’s work force.

Amongst some of the issues that face those working on this basis is the feeling that when it comes to buying a house, mortgage lenders do not seem to be willing or able to take the time to understand their situation, favouring those on a more traditional employed basis.

As one of the leading mortgage brokers in London, Coreco have amassed a vast depth of experience in dealing with borrowers who are self-employed, freelancers or are working on a contract basis and have spent a great deal of time helping to educate lenders on how assist these borrowers.

Despite some of the press that has been generated following recent changes in the mortgage environment, the good news is that the number of options available is now improving.

To further show our commitment to those in this sector, on 19th November, Coreco will be offering a free mortgage and financial review to any freelancer who wants advice around buying a home, and we will also waive our normal fee of £495.

To benefit from this offer please call our Client Services Team directly on 020 7220 5110 quoting “National Freelance Day”, to book a no-obligation one- hour meeting with one of our experienced and professional advisers on 19th November.

For further information on the National Freelancer Day programme of events please visit the website http://www.nationalfreelancersday.com or follow #NFD2014 on Twitter.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any debt secured upon it.
