Coreco Mortgage Adviser Scoops National Award

14.05.20

We are delighted to see that our very own Jan Pearce proudly took home the Top Academy Adviser award in the adviser category as part of Mortgage Advice Bureau’s annual conference and awards on Thursday (14th May).

Jan PearceThis took place virtually via its new internal communications platform.

The awards are presented to those individuals who have gone the extra mile in their role over the last year and demonstrated an outstanding commitment to their customers.

The conference is held every year and normally attracts over 1,000 delegates from all corners of the UK including lenders, advisers and suppliers to the mortgage industry – all of whom exhibit, share insight and network.

This year also marks MAB’s 20th year in business, however, like most events in recent times, due to coronavirus, plans shifted to an online-only format.

Jan Pearce, mortgage adviser at Coreco in London, said: “It’s been an extremely difficult period for everyone in the local community during the Coronavirus outbreak and it’s great to still be able to take part in the ‘Virtual Conference’, albeit digitally. This award is some nice news and certainly lifts spirits, and I’d like to thank my amazing team for all their support.

Personally winning this award is a really proud moment for me and it is great that MAB take the time to recognise the hard work put in by their advisers. I’d like to thank the MAB Academy Trainers, the Coreco family and my legend of a mentor, Tom Matthews. They have all made this possible and I look forward to continuing to grow with them all.”

Peter Brodnicki, CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau, said; “Although this year’s conference wasn’t the huge celebration we’d planned for our 20th year in business, the MABs are an opportunity to recognise those mortgage and protection advisers and firms that have provided an outstanding service and dedication to helping customers. Delivering an outstanding customer experience is a priority for MAB so we’re pleased to reward those who have gone above and beyond.”
