I don’t like cricket… I love it

Cricket. (00000002)

Last Wednesday Coreco combined with Keatons Estate Agents for a day of fun, sun and cricket at Wanstead Cricket Club. Dodging the occasional shower, the friendly rivalry hotted up on the pitch with Keatons pipping us to the post with a score of 167/5 Keaton’s (20 overs) to our 158 all out (19.1 overs). Congratulations to Team Keatons!

Once the cricket ended and the sun was out in all its glory we enjoyed a barbecue and some drinks in the sunshine (for us to drown our sorrows) and all of our attention turned to the adorable Bruce the Boston Terrier, brother of Coreco’s very own Bow.

Having felt like a suitably British summer party with cricket and barbecue food in the rain it was time to retire when the chilly evening settled in.

Having decided this should become an annual event we now just need to hone our cricket skills for a rematch next year!
