    Coreco’s Expert Advice in Norwich

Norwich presents a unique blend of historic charm, cultural appeal, and affordability, making it an attractive place to buy property. The city boasts a rich history, with landmarks like Norwich Cathedral, Norwich Castle, and the mediaeval streets of the Norwich Lanes, which contribute to its distinctive character. Alongside its heritage, Norwich has a thriving cultural scene, with a variety of festivals, theatres, and independent shops. For commuters, Norwich’s well-connected train services to London and the East Anglian coast make it accessible, and the ongoing improvements to infrastructure, such as the Northern Distributor Road (NDR), are helping to boost the local economy and property values. As a growing regional hub with a diverse economy, Norwich is attracting both families and professionals, offering a solid foundation for property investment.

When choosing where to buy in Norwich, certain areas cater to different needs. Golden Triangle is one of the city’s most popular areas, particularly with young professionals and families. Its Victorian terraces, trendy cafes, and proximity to the city centre make it highly sought after. Similarly, Eaton is a favourite among families, offering excellent schools, green spaces, and a more suburban feel while still being close to central Norwich. For investors, areas like the University of East Anglia’s (UEA) surroundings, particularly Bowthorpe and Earlham, offer strong rental demand due to the large student population. Norwich’s city centre itself is ideal for those seeking modern apartments in a vibrant setting, with new developments and riverside properties providing a contemporary living experience in this historic city.

    Unusual property - No problem!

We had a pretty unusual situation - rural property in highlands of Scotland - but nevertheless Alex Dowding & Stacey Denham still managed to deliver a couple of more than acceptable mortgage options for us. The Coreco process was slick & efficient from beginning to end with good communication throughout. Would absolutely recommend!
