We honestly cannot thank Jules enough for everything he did for us throughout what was an extremely stressful and complicated mortgage process. From start to finish, Jules was proactive, knowledgeable and completely committed to getting our mortgage over the line. Our case was far from straightforward, tight deadlines, ongoing solicitor issues, valuation uncertainty, and constant pressure around Christmas, yet Jules remained calm, persistent and reassuring throughout. He chased the lender relentlessly, kept us updated whenever possible, and went above and beyond to push things forward, even using his contacts to try to speed matters up. When things felt uncertain or overwhelming, Jules took the time to explain where we were in the process and what realistically could (and couldn’t) happen, which helped us stay grounded during a very anxious time. Thanks to his determination and expertise, we secured our mortgage offer and are now in a position to move forward,something that honestly didn’t feel possible at times. We genuinely don’t think this would have happened without Jules’ hard work and dedication. Just completed my fourth buy-to-let remortgage with the help of Coreco. This was trickiest of them all due to ever-changing demands from the lender but Sangeeta and Sophie played a blinder in getting it over the line. The communication throughout the process was also first-class.
