Contact forms

Coreco encourages anyone with any additional need or vulnerability to let us know so we can tailor our services to you. We have implemented a ‘do you require further assistance’ section on all of our contact forms, allowing clients to let us know at the very initial contact stage if they require extra assistance or are vulnerable.

We have also implemented a fully accessible version of our site. Making our site easier to use for those with additional needs. Please access it at the top of the page and click the ACC OFF button at the top of the page to activate the accessible version.

 

Languages

It is important to us that all our clients are catered for and fully understand all their financial options. If English is not your first language, Coreco has a list of advisers that speak a wide range of different languages. If you would prefer to speak to someone in a different language, please contact our customer care team who can help put you in touch with the relevant adviser.

 

Appointments

We offer a wide range of different appointment types, from face-to-face, to telephone, and virtual. For clients with hearing difficulties, we can transcribe our virtual calls.

 

Financial Stress

We understand that in life certain events, such as divorce, loss of a partner or mounting debt can cause a wide range of worries. Our friendly advisers will help you as best they can to ease your concerns, but it is important to let them know your full situation so we can assist you accordingly. We really are here to help and you should never feel embarrassed or concerned to tell us your full story. Likewise, you should never feel pressured into doing something you do not wish to do by anyone.
