Our range of mortgage calculators are designed for first-time buyers and those looking to buy a new house as well as those looking to remortgage in the UK. Our calculators let you work out how much you can borrow, what your monthly repayments will be, how much you can save by remortgaging and what the best mortgage is for you.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend on your circumstances. The fee is up to 1% but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.

I can’t recommend Coreco, particularly Danielle and David, highly enough. As a first time buyer it was all very new to me, but I felt supported by Danielle and David throughout. They were both so patient and explained everything clearly so I understood each step. Everything was processed very quickly and they kept checking in throughout the purchase which was really reassuring. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage, especially as a first time buyer.
