    Coreco’s Expert Advice in Clapham

Clapham is one of south London’s most popular and varied property markets. Centred around Clapham Common, with the Victoria and Northern lines providing fast access into the City and West End, it attracts a broad mix of buyers. First-time buyers looking for their first flat, families upsizing from a two-bed conversion, and professionals remortgaging after a fixed rate ends are all common clients in this area.

Average sold prices across SW4 are around £870,000, though this masks a wide range. Flats, which make up the majority of sales in the area, typically sell between £450,000 and £750,000. Period terraced houses in roads like Cavendish Gardens and Rodenhurst Road frequently exceed £1 million, and larger properties on the north side of the Common can go considerably higher.

That variety means buyers in Clapham often need genuinely tailored mortgage advice. Whether you are navigating a leasehold flat with a short lease, looking at a buy-to-let alongside your residential purchase, or applying as self-employed, David’s whole-of-market access and depth of experience make a real difference.

    Areas we cover around Clapham:

    • Clapham Common (SW4)
    • Clapham North and Clapham South
    • Abbeville Village
    • Clapham Old Town
    • Balham
    • Stockwell
    • Battersea
    • Wandsworth

    David - Coreco Incredible

I very rarely leave reviews, but after working with Coreco for a number of years, I felt that credit really was due.David WS first helped me as a first-time buyer and has now supported me through the purchase of my second property. Throughout that time, he has been consistently exceptional. He is incredibly responsive, thorough and informative, and has a brilliant ability to explain what can sometimes feel like a complicated process in a really simple, reassuring and non-condescending way. What I particularly appreciate is that David doesn’t just tell you what your options are, he takes the time to make sure you genuinely understand them. His knowledge is extensive, but he communicates it in such an approachable and educational way that you always feel comfortable asking questions. His work ethic is incredible and he continually goes above and beyond. I have always felt completely confident that everything is being handled properly and that I’m in very capable hands, which is invaluable when making such a significant financial decision.Having now worked with David through two property purchases, I trust him completely and genuinely wouldn’t want to use anyone else. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

    Professional and effective

Scott, Stacey and the rest of the team advised on and secured my mortgage with seamlessness, professionalism and the kind of timeliness that is rare to come by while one is purchasing a property. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

**Excellent support throughout a very difficult mortgage process**I would like to thank Louise and the entire Coreco team for their outstanding support in arranging our Lifetime Mortgage. Our case became very complicated because of a PRA restriction on the property, which delayed completion and created a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Throughout this difficult period, Louise remained committed, proactive and determined to get everything resolved. She was the main driving force behind the process and kept pushing matters forward until we finally completed. What made her support particularly special was the understanding she showed towards our personal circumstances. My wife has been seriously unwell, and I have been managing her medical care alongside the mortgage difficulties. Louise took a great deal of pressure off me by keeping on top of the case, coordinating with the relevant parties and making sure things continued to move forward.I would also like to thank Jordan, Toni and everyone at Coreco who helped behind the scenes. Their communication, patience and support were greatly appreciated. Our Lifetime Mortgage has now successfully completed, and I cannot thank Louise and the team enough for helping us reach this point.I would highly recommend Louise and Coreco to anyone looking for mortgage advice and, above all, a team that genuinely cares about its clients and stands by them when things become difficult.**Thank you, Louise and the whole Coreco team.**
