**Excellent support throughout a very difficult mortgage process**
I would like to thank Louise and the entire Coreco team for their outstanding support in arranging our Lifetime Mortgage.
Our case became very complicated because of a PRA restriction on the property, which delayed completion and created a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Throughout this difficult period, Louise remained committed, proactive and determined to get everything resolved. She was the main driving force behind the process and kept pushing matters forward until we finally completed.
What made her support particularly special was the understanding she showed towards our personal circumstances. My wife has been seriously unwell, and I have been managing her medical care alongside the mortgage difficulties. Louise took a great deal of pressure off me by keeping on top of the case, coordinating with the relevant parties and making sure things continued to move forward.
I would also like to thank Jordan, Toni and everyone at Coreco who helped behind the scenes. Their communication, patience and support were greatly appreciated.
Our Lifetime Mortgage has now successfully completed, and I cannot thank Louise and the team enough for helping us reach this point.
I would highly recommend Louise and Coreco to anyone looking for mortgage advice and, above all, a team that genuinely cares about its clients and stands by them when things become difficult.
**Thank you, Louise and the whole Coreco team.**
