Charlotte has enjoyed a meteoric and well-deserved rise with Coreco, where she is now our Senior Account Manager looking after all leads that come into Coreco, as well as being an integral member of the Coreco Management Team. She makes sure the Estate Agents and employers we service are well supported and provided with all the feedback they need. She also makes sure our advisers are always on the case.
After working in local government for 4 years, Charlotte decided she wanted to work in the private sector and swiftly applied for Coreco.
She quickly settled into the client services team bringing her boundless energy with her and shortly after starting was invited to take part in the customer service committee to present to the team her ideas for the customer journey.
Charlotte is committed to Customer Service and is adored by her Coreco Colleagues. As a testament to her hard work and passion, at the 2018 Coreco Awards Charlotte won Customer Champion 2018 and the Players Player of the Year Award 2018, voted for by her peers.
Outside of work Charlotte loves to keep fit and regularly attends spinning and Zumba classes. She is also an avid Sutton football supporter, even helping out behind the bar at their football club.
