Property Podcast, “The Property Show” is back for another entertaining discussion on the housing market.
This month Andrew “Monty” Montlake is joined by property legend Ed Mead. Ed is a show regular who worked with Douglas & Gordon for many years and is now founder of Proptech firm Viewber.
In the face of Brexit and the forthcoming General Election, they discuss the property market, house prices and the effect of Brexit. They also take a look at the main political parties Housing policies in the run-up to the General Election.
The ultra-low interest rate environment and the incredible mortgage offerings available are also discussed, as is the prospect of further interest rate cuts.
As a final flourish, they look at technology in Estate Agency and we learn what Ed would be doing if he was not in the property market.
