Property Podcast, “The Property Show” is back for a “lockdown” edition with another entertaining discussion on the housing, property and mortgage market.
This time Andrew “Monty” Montlake is joined by Property Show regular, Ed Mead. Ed is a property legend who worked with Douglas & Gordon for many years and is now founder of Proptech firm Viewber.
Joining them is Louisa Fletcher, an accomplished property expert with over twenty years’ professional experience in the industry, as well as being a journalist, author and broadcaster.
As well as finding out how our guests are dealing with “lockdown”, the main topic of conversation is, of course, the current environment and what effect all of this is having on the property market. What does this mean for estate agency, furloughed staff, brokers, buyers, and vendors and has this fundamentally changed the buying process for years to come?
We also deal with questions such as, are we all going to move out of big cities, will technology finally have to live up to its promise and how are we all going to get back to work quickly and most importantly, safely?
House prices, whether or not there should be more Government stimulus and what consumers are worried about most, also get looked at.
