New: The Property Show Podcast

The first episode of the brand new series, The Property Show podcast is now available, bringing you a fun and down-to-earth look at all things property.

Property industry expert and journalist Louisa Fletcher and Coreco MD and Mortgage Expert Andrew Montlake talk about how Lockdown 3.0 has impacted the UK housing market, Louisa explains why the Stamp Duty holiday means it’s taking longer to move at the moment (and why buyers and sellers need to be patient with their estate agent, solicitor and mortgage broker/lender!)

Monty shares some great advice around the mortgage payment deferral scheme (and explains why it’s not a holiday!) and we look at property prices and give our predictions for 2021.

The Property Show podcast aims to demystify property and mortgages for consumers and bring accessible advice and information on key topics to the widest possible audience, regardless of where they are on their property journey.

Whether you’re buying, selling, renting, letting, or need a mortgage, with their unbiased view of the housing market, the Property Show Podcast has something for everyone.

Lou and Monty will show you that property doesn’t need to be dull and boring but it can be interesting and fun. If you’re looking for a different take on property and mortgages, you’ve come to the right place!

The Property Show podcast has a new episode every other week, and is looking for stories and news to talk about for the next episode…so if you’ve got a property or mortgage-related story or data they can chat about, please get in touch.
