Pauline began her career in Financial Services back in 2002. She started out with Connells Estate Agents where she gained her CeMap qualification along with a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Mortgage Broker. She moved on into a Sales Capability Manager role, where she coached and mentored new adviser’s utilising her knowledge to develop their skills enabling them to offer quality advice whilst adhering to industry standards.
Following a short break for a couple of years whilst her children were small, Pauline returned to Financial Services making the decision to specialise in Protection advice. This is an area she feels passionate about and has gained a vast amount of knowledge which has put her in a great position to help clients understand the importance of protection and to provide them with bespoke advice tailored to their individual needs.
Pauline lives in the New Forest with her Husband and her two children. When she isn’t working she enjoys being outside riding her horse or walking with her family and their two dogs.
